Stage 1: Decide if you're 'IN'
The Welsh National Wedding Awards are designed as a platform for brides and their families to recognise those businesses that helped make their day extra special. In order to qualify, all businesses (excluding the New business category) need to have 12 months trading and a minimum of 10 paid weddings.

Stage 2: Generate Votes and complete your registration form online!
You will find below a series of downloads available for you to generate votes from past clients. Dont forget how powerful social media is to contact clients, so use our facebook buttons too. Encourage clients to visit the voting page - it is essential that your email address is included with each vote in order for it to qualify. You will also need to complete the online registration form for your business. All questions on the app form relate to your business e.g years trading etc. Should any of the information given be found to be untrue or wilfully misleading, the entrant may be disqualified.
Stage 3: Shortlists
Voting closes on Friday 30th August at midnight. At this point, based on vote number, shortlists will be created for each region i.e the top 5 companies of each regional category with the most votes, that meet our minimum entry criteria will be shortlisted. Should you be shortlisted, you will be contacted and invited to join us at the fabulous Welsh National Wedding Awards ceremony.
Stage 4: FINAL
After gaining further feedback, conducting mystery shops, calls and more, this information will be colloborated. Using this information, along with the information on your application forms, the 2019 winners will be selected. Please remember that your judges are your clients. The key focus areas are product quality, customer service and value for money along with scored on client detailed feedback and company information. These winners will be announced at the 2019 Welsh National Wedding Awards ceremony at the Brangwyn Hall in Swansea!
